Tele-Marketing Executive

The Role Includes

  • Tele-marketing and company profiling for projects across emailagency/CRMLABS/Avensc group of businesses and its clients.
  • Making 60 to 80 calls during a working day, all conversation notes will be typed in within our CRM database.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly suspect/opportunity generation targets for each campaign.
  • The role does not encompass closing deals on the phone.

Skill and Experience Preferences

  • IT Knowledge - Broad understanding of IT solutions
  • Telephone techniques
  • Opportunity qualification - eye for detail / persistence
  • English and communication - Good written English essential for write-ups and telephone work
  • Work Rate / Ethic - Professional approach to work
  • Client Liaison - Ability to liaise confidentially with internal and external clients
  • Initiative - proactive v reactive
